ComFi.com. According to the statistics, in March 2006 - December 2013, there was
reduction (%) in the rates on calls with prepaid phone cards (from the USA):

So the largest declines were observed for India - 84.0%. The rates only did not change to Australia. However, there are some destinations where the rates had gone up. The most increase was for Japan - Tokyo - 36.4%, Chile - 33.3%.

- Calling cards with a maintenance fee: the rates are at least 10% lower than those without a maintenance fee.
- Jupiter card
- It has so many local access numbers that most people will not need the toll-free number. Using the toll-free
access number costs
1 cent/min more than local access. - The amount of cards sold comes up to 53% of the total
sales
in separate months. - Some of the users buy and recharge this card up to 9 times !!!

- Fast World card
- The rates are 70% to 90% cheaper than AT&T card from the most locations.
- The amount of cards
sold comes up to 56% of the total sales
in separate months.
- Continental card
- Over 11 handy features in one card!
- The amount of cards sold comes up to 75% of the total
sales
in separate months. - Some of the users buy and recharge this card up to 14 times !!!

- Simply card
- The surcharge is only 0.2 cents per minute extra for using a toll-free access number in the USA. Whereas
other phone cards charge
an extra 1 to 3 cents per minute for using a toll-free access. - The amount of cards sold comes up
to 20% of the total sales
in separate months. - One of the users once was buying and recharging the Simply
cards
13 times for a month! He spent $260 on them at the time!
